🍪 How do I save my game?
Your game automatically saves every 30 seconds. You can also manually export your save from Settings → Export Save. Keep this safe to restore your progress!
😱 I lost my progress! Can you restore it?
Unfortunately, we cannot restore lost progress as all game data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly exporting your save as a backup.
🎮 The game isn't loading properly
Try these steps: 1) Clear your browser cache, 2) Disable browser extensions, 3) Try a different browser, 4) Check if JavaScript is enabled.
📱 Does the game work on mobile?
Yes! Cookie Clicker Max is fully optimized for mobile browsers. You can even install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for an app-like experience.
🏆 How does prestige work?
Prestige resets your cookies and producers but gives you permanent bonus chips. Each chip increases your production by 2%. Prestige when your potential chips will significantly boost your progress!
🐓 Why "Coockies" and not "Cookies"?
That's our fun rooster-themed twist on the classic! In our game, roosters hatch "coockies" - it's part of what makes Cookie Clicker Max unique!
